Red Hat had claimed that Novell had included Xen virtualisation environment in its new Linux server and that this was too unstable for enterprise users.
However, Rex fumed at ZDNet hacks that Xen was Enterprise ready and he knew that because Novell was one of the main contributers.
He said that all Novell's major hardware partners such as IBM, Intel and AMD, had stood up and said: "Yes, this technology's ready, and we fully support deployments based on Xen and in combination with Suse Linux Enterprise 10".
