Heat rising for Intel Yahok and Tejas

THESE PICTURES show thermal solutions developed by Zaward Corporation for Intel's forthcoming Yahok server processor and also Tejas.

Both seem to require employment of more expensive copper heat-pipe technology to assist thermal transfer from what must be very hot CPU dies to the aluminium fins.

As can be seen, the most, er, dramatic of these, for Yahok, utterly dwarfs the 120mm chassis fan in the background. µ
