Doctor Spinola set to work on railway chain gang

THE GOOD or maybe it's the bad Doctor Spinola disappears for weeks at a stretch and instead of ranting about obvious injustices in the PC industry, he seems to just vanish.

We've discovered what he's up to now. He appears to be working on a project in Wales, England, on something called the Welsh Highland Railway.

This also appears to have some EU funding.
