THE MOBILE Ring, a boxing game based around current US politicians, has had over two million mobile game plays in the last four months, according to Cellufun.

Players can choose to battle the likes of Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama or John McCain.

Arthur Goikhman, Cellufuns' CEO said, "Not all of us bother to vote but it’s hard to find someone in America, or the world for that matter, who hasn’t felt like slugging it out with at least one of our candidates."

Potential combatants can download the WAP based game here.

These figures follow the announcement that Cellufun has just tied up with AOL to allow easy access to its large portfolio of free mobile (WAP) games. See here.

The great news is that with the AOL accessible games, gamers won't have to download software to their phones to play – they just use their WAP browser instead.

The company reckons that over 566 different mobiles handset are capable of running its free WAP games. µ
