AMD asks court to reconsider Intel dismissal

AMD SENT a special and heartfelt plea to the long suffering Judge Joseph Farnan asking him to reconsider his order striking out foreign transactions from its antitrust case against Intel.

A no-doubt exhaused judge will have to pore over the special pleadings once more in the case of AMD and Intel.

The case, without the stricken bits, continues. µ
