THE COMPANY wide review Intel CEO Paul Otellini is undertaking will be completed by the end of July, according to a company representative.

Speaking to the Folsom Telegraph, a representative for Intel said 50 people will be redeployed from its fab in Folsom. They will be offered the chance to redeploy elsewhere, the PR said.

And no one at Intel is worried about the review, said the PR. The staff have faith in Paul Otellini and everyone is excited about his plans to turn the firm into a lean and mean organisation because that will put the price of shares up.

Folsom is the home of a mysterious "dark zone" which you can walk around but that regular Intel employees cannot seem to enter.
