THINK A MERE $100,000 is a lot for a HP PC?

You should see what Adobe charges for support.

It seems CDW has the gold support plan for Adobe support for a mere $574,942.99. For that, you get two years of two hour 11x5 phone support and a bunch of goodies to go along with it. No word on any goodies that come with it, like a building to house the products.

11 * 5 * 52 * 2 = 5,720 hours - assuming no holidays. That brings support costs to $100.51 an hour if you are on the phone with them every possible second they are open. What a bargain. If you shop around, you will easily be able to find the same deal for less than $568,000.00 at other vendors. µ
