Voodoo pushes PC boat out, again

Vever very pleasant

ONCE AGAIN, VOODOOPC has pushe the bounds a little further. This time, it has come out with the Voodoo RAGE f:5, a new water cooled high end gaming machine. The raw specs are an Athlon64 FX-55, Asus SLI Nforce4 motherboard and dual NVidia graphics cards. Add in a complete water cooling system for the CPU, both GPUs and the chipset, and it starts to get interesting.

It didn't skimp at all on the case, it has all the bells and whistles, side window, chromed interior, lighted die cut aluminum frillwork, and it even has tubes filled with green goopy stuff. Does your PC have green goopy stuff filled tubes? If not, go buy an f:5 now.

Before we go any further, it looks like this:

The case for the f:5 is also a rather unique hybrid of some ATX and BTX ideas. Voodoo tends not to do things in an ordinary fashion, just look at the Hexx chassis. With water cooling, this box should be almost silent, no noisy fans to shatter your eardrums, leave that for the games and a massive speaker setup. Would you have it any other way?

Overall, it looks to be a well built, solid PC with all the bells and whistles you could want. It would be very hard to find anything as fast that puts out less noise. Silent SLI? Who would have thought it was possible six months ago. ยต
