Fri Aug 10 2001, 12:46
JUST A FEW DAYS AFTER POACHING Ian Johnson as a monitor account manager from Taxan, Elsa has introduced two cathode ray tube (CRT) products into the UK market.

Johnson worked for Taxan, and before that for Nokia and for Matrox.

The firm said the first two flat screen CRT products it would launch here are the Ecomo 532, a 19-inch Trinitron monitor, and the 21-inch Ecom 751.

The former costs UKP500 including tax, and the later UKP850.

The firm explained its move into the CRT market as an extension of its flat panel LCD business. µ
