Sony borrows Microsoft's Xbox 360 images

THE MAKER OF the PSP console, Sony seems to think that imitation of Microsoft's XBox 360 promotional material is the sincerest form of flattery.

According to Xbox 360 magazine, the Sony-owned PSP Connect site has a large banner add promising a Gran Turismo HD video preview.

The only problem is that the banner uses a screenshot from Microsoft's Project Gotham Racing 3. It is not an accidental banner being placed in the wrong place either, someone has scrawled PS3 promotional guff all over the image.

The banner was provided by the marketing service MediaSpigot and was not packaged by SCE or Sony.
