Fujitsu-Siemens launches Longhorn ready notebook

Intel based Celsius H230 is quite some beast

INTEL CUSTOMER Fujitsu Siemens has announced a workstation "in notebook format" that uses the 780 Pentium M, which it figures clocks at 2.26GHz.

The Centrino based "workstation and "notebook" Celsius H320 can support up to 2GB of DDR-2/533, and supports 256MB Open GL PCI-Express configurations.

The machine has a 15-inch high res display, and includes BIOS and HDD passwords, as well as an optional PC Card Smartcard reader.

Celsius 320It will support Windows 2000 Pro for Microsoft luddites as well as the future Longhorn, for which it is capable, said the firm. But if you want Linux, Fujitsu Siemens will supply that too.
