Plastic blow up girl in white van found at CeBIT

This exhibit simply unFair... geddit?!?

WHAT CAN THIS MEAN? A plastic blow up girl was gazing at us just outside the entrance to CeBIT in a white van marked Hotline.

What is she for, and what happens when you ring the Hotline? We daren't attempt to figure this one out.
