Manufacturing giant eyes OC'ing community

AFTER PETER TAN, better known as Shamino, got a full-time post in Foxconn, and moved from Singapore to Taiwan, we knew something serious was about to happen in the world of enthusiast products.

The first touches of overclocking genius were seen by putting a 0.5 increments on an Intel chipset product. Foxcon implemented that on the Mars motherboard (based on Intel X38 Gen2 chipset), But this was just the beginning.

Foxconn is now launching Quantum Force Scholarship program. This is a first in the industry, and evidence that Foxconn is dead set on changing the enthusiast community as such.

Quantum Force Scholarship gives a unique opportunity for overclocking community, resulting in getting ton of free swag, including CPUs, graphics cards, motherboards and even cash subsidies in order to assemble ultimate LN2 or cascade cooling rigs.

Of course, the real goal is to get enthusiasts wrapped in Foxconn shiny foil, and to gain influence in this elite world that influences the mass market in a way unfathomable to some executives in the industry.

You can apply to the QFS programme using our complementary L'Inq. µ

Open for the international community?

Is the application open for everyone? Regardless of location?

They kinda left that detail out of the application page. It's either that or I totally missed reading it. LOL.
