RIGHT ON AT DOWN at Ace's Hardware, there's some detail from a posting originally from HardOCP -- which we can't find any more -- but which proports to give some details on ATI's upcoming 128Mb 9700. According to the posting, Best Buy will have the cards in its stores from September 15th at a price of $399. According to the posting here BB will pay £311 for each card. Hmm.

Over at Anandtech, Anand previews Trident's XP4, asking, as he might, whether it's a cheap GeForce 4. Wibble over here.

Sticking with graphics cards, 3DVelocity have a look at Albatron's Geforce 4 Ti4600 over here. And Tech-PC cast an eye over LeadTek's WinFast A250 LE TD 64MB-AGP Nvidia Geforce4 Ti4200 over here.

DeviantPC has posted a review of 2 Western Digital 80GB (WD800JB) Hard Drives in RAID-0 configuration. That's here.

Octools has what it says is a "world exclusive" review of Chaintech's i845E Pentium 4 motherboard offering, the 9EJL P4 APOGEE That's over here.

The hexers have a look at ABIT's BG7 over here.

Monster-Hardware has a look at the 49-dollar Enlight 7602 MicroATX Mini/Mid-Tower case, here. They also look at an Enenermax EG365P-VA power supply here.

There's an interesting little interview with AMD spinster Jan Guetter at Hungarian site HWSW. Nothing earth-shattering they 'fess. Have a look here. Or, for the sake of tougher readers, they suggest, here's the Hungarian version .

And we've been asked to plug a new overclockers and modders guide to hardware expected to land in October. For a free first issue, have a wander this way.
