Confirms our last week facts

* UPDATE Connect 3D claims it hasn't jumped the gun at all and that ATI's site shows it does officially exist, here.

JUST A WEEK AFTER we wrote about ATI's new PCI Express card we finally have solid proof for our well founded speculation. You can check that previous part ici la.

ATI's partner Connect 3D decided to jump the gun and announce a X800XT PE PCI-E card even though ATI is still quiet about these. Officially it does not exist, but according to this site, it sure does.

PCI Express, that we are all talking about is an X800XT clocked at 500/1000 MHz in Connect3D known as Radeon X800 XT 256mb DDR with VGA, DVI-I & VIVO (PART NO.3011) while so far unannounced X800XT PE card is revealed as Radeon X800 XT PE 256mb DDR with VGA, DVI-I & VIVO (PART NO.3012). They are both available under X800 PCI-E Options category.

I faint in disbelief.

It's not secret anymore, still a very few people can maube answer when are those cards going to be available? It's the middle of September already and maybe time for ATI to wake up.

Let Radeon X800XT Platinum Edition both AGP and especially PCI Express be, as Paul McApple sang froid. µ
