SCO delisted

Comedy of earners
Thu Dec 27 2007, 10:15

THE SCO NEWS keeps getting funnier and funnier.

It seems that like its lawsuit, it keeps claiming that its stock, and therefore the company itself, has value.

The Nasdaq seems to disagree, and has delisted it. Ooops.

While this mess is far from over, it just goes to show several things, the most glaringly obvious is to have a case before you file a suit.

SCO really might have wanted to at least consider it before it spent all of that northwest sourced money to reaffirm how clean Linux really is. Allegedly. µ
