Let us start with the great-great-great-great-Grand Daddy of Inquirers, the oldest dissenting non conformist newspaper still publishing, established in 1842, and to be found here. This paper stands for civil and religious liberty, the importance of reason and tolerance, and for honest enquiry in matters of faith.
Next on our little list is the Philadelphia Inquirer, which is older than the Unitarian Inquirer because it was founded in 1829, and is America's third oldest surviving daily newspaper.
The Philippines Daily Inquirer, which you can find here, is also well worth a read. The Harrow Inquirer likes its style.
The Gibraltar Inquirer is a satirical magazine and has on its front page a competition to spot the difference between Jack Straw, the UK's foreign secretary, and a dummy. The motto of this title is "Inquiring minds need to know".
The Monrovia Inquirer is based in Liberia, and you can read all about it here. Despite the wars, difficulties and threats to press freedom, it is still surviving.
Over Nantucket way, there's the Inquirer and Mirror, which proudly proclaims it's been the newspaper there since 1821.
And down in Kentucky there's the Messenger-Inquirer.
Let us not forget the Web Inquirer, which covers governmental and scientific carelessness and abuses of power, that's here.
Which brings us neatly to the Skeptical Inquirer - the Magazine for Science and Reason, with an article here on the European Skeptics Congress by Wendy M. Grossman. Is she related to the Wendy M. Grossman who writes net.wars for the Harrow Inquirer? You bet. ยต
