POPULAR BEAT POET, 50 Cent is having a few words with the man at Apple, Steve Jobs, about providing a line of affordable home computers to inner-city residents.

50 Cent, or Curtis Jackson as he was known to his mum, has created a foundation to encourage the iPod master to create a few nice-looking computers that people can afford.

Jobs is setting a new standard in the music business, 50 cent says, and he wants him to do the same thing with a branded PC.

Apparently Jobs and 50 cent "get each other", but whether or not that will lead to products hitting the street in a meaningful way is another matter.
