'Clean, free' energy device shown off

If it all comes together like Irish company Steorn claims, the Orbo perpetual energy thingy is going to change the world.

It makes clean energy out of thin air. For nothing. Impossible, you say? Well go and have a look for yourself.

Go to the Kinetica Museum in London's Spitalfields Market later today and you can see the Orbo in action. Or not.

Steorn says some 22 well-known scientists around the world are fiddling with the Orbo right now. The company has been very reluctant to name these boffins, however.

If it pans out, it would indeed be a noteworthy device. Something to eclipse even the new pastel pocket phone miracle. Is it real? We have our doubts. Go see for yourself, then you tell us. µ
