AS THE great Yogi Berra said: “It's hard to make predictions, especially about the future.”

And predictive search is no different.

Testing Ask's revamped search I typed in the definite article: the.

Before I could go any further Ask gave the following search suggestions: the duchess of cornwall, the duchess of cornwall images, the duchess of cornwall biography, the duchness cornwall blogs, the queen mother, the queen mother images, the queen mother biography, the queen mother news, the Philippines.

This begs many questions such as How much “news” can there be about the late Queen mother? Why the Philippines?

I know what you're thinking. What has he searched before that could possibly throw up such interesting results. Not being an avid Royal watcher, it's a mystery to me.

I have second sourced this with renowned INQ journalist Mr Nick Booth. He got the same results and asked if this meant he was gay. Give it go yourself and see what happens.

Truly, search has changed. µ
