Firm makes bent CPU

Plastic substrate and powered by wireless

A REPORT said TDK and the Japanese Semiconductor Energy Laboratory have made a microprocessor which will bend.

Nikkei.net said the device has also got wireless capabilities and built in signal encryption.

The boffins have already made the world's first plastic CPU and the article claims the device can be powered by wireless signals.

The transistors are first made on glass and then transferred to plastic. µ
