CES 2007 has drawn to a close, with plenty of new electronical goodness for us to digest and new trends to consider.

PC Perspective brings us a roundup of some of the major PC component manufacturers and what they had to offer in the CES 2007 - Power Supplies, Notebooks, Vista and more. Meanwhile Virtual-Hideout has its own take on the goings on in CES 2007: Part 1 (Antec) and presumably the Part 1 reference means we'll be seeing more about the impressions from the show.

Disc-info has reviewed the Epson Stylus Photo R360, big brother to the R265. Unfortunately this model is bit on the large side and a bit on the slow side and a bit on the noisy side, but if you have the space, time and sound insulation its other features, such as quality and good LCD screen make for a compelling argument.

IT-review has been taking a quick look at a few widescreen LCD monitors to see what it is they have to offer. So far you can check out the Wide LCD monitors - Prestigio P5200W and the Wide LCD monitors - NEC MultiSync 20WGX2 and there are bound to be a few more to follow up soon.

Madshrimps has been playing with the XFX Geforce 7600GT Fatal1ty - Cooler and Faster than others which apparently carries off the Fatal1ty brand with aplomb. It's very well priced and performs extremely well, even at stock speeds, and the passive cooler means it remains completely silent.

According to BIOS magazine the Fujifilm FinePix S6500fd is a good camera for whom photography is a hobby, being more advanced than your standard point-and-click camera but lacking the real power need by professionals or those you taking their snaps very seriously.

The bundle offered by Foxconn seems to be something of a bone of contention between reviewers of the Foxconn GeForce 8800 GTX, in this case reviewed by AMDZone, who approve heartily of the deal giving it a remarkable score of 97% and the editors choice award.

Hardware.info is now giving its readers the chance to upload scores and system settings with a new section dedicated to User systems which will allow you show precisely what you've managed to get out of your PC and how you did it. As if the potential for overclocking glory wasn't enough there is a competition to celebrate this new launch with a range of prizes from Cooler Master.

Phoronix has reviewed the Abit NF-M2 nView. The microATX for factor, combined with its range of features, including VGA and DVI output from the integrated graphics card, make it a good option for those considering a multimedia PC.

We all know that you spot a DJ by the Princess Leia type headphones they tend to wear. However the interestingly named Jays D-jays earphones, reviewed by Rbmods, seems to suggest that you can in fact get excellent sound and comfort from these tiny earphones, although they may lack the bass you desire if you're choice in music tends to go 'thump' a lot.µ

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
