AMD has released a version of its ATI Catalyst drivers for Windows 7.
The firm said the release is to coincide with the pre-beta release of Microsoft’s Windows 7 OS.
Should you be noodling about with such a thing, you can download your drivers here.
AMD says the driver and control centre has not completed full AMD testing. But neither has Windows 7, we imagine. µ
Its good to hear, AMD is getting ready for Windows 7, so by the time it comes out it should be past beta stages and be ready to use vid cards straight away, hopefully windows gets there act together and make it alot more stable then vista, not that i have problems but alot of other ppl do
There's only one possible way that the incompetent morons at M$hit could have Windows 7 complete enough for pre-beta release in such a short time. The obvious answer is that it is only Vista SP3. In fact, I think Ballmer has alluded to that fact already.

Many of us skipped Vista already and now will probably skip W7 unless they remove the friggin' DRM, which I'm 99.999% sure that they won't do.

Yep, looks like W7 is going to be another M$ turd in a punchbowl. The good news is that we'll know shortly from the pre-beta testers.
