Microdirect sells its 19-inch monitor for cheaper than on the internet - cheapest price in the UK. Only £144.99+VAT. The Difusion P196 comes with a fantastic three years onsite warranty and a 16ms access time. Note that it has an analog D Sub input and two speakers.

PC Connection sells the Smart Modular PyXscape SV3170 17-inch LCD monitor for an astounding $139.95, that's nearly half price with a $125 rebate. It is a black frame monitor with a small bezel and a 25ms response time. Compatible MAC and PC, it is very stylish and great value for money.

Luke, one UK reader, is looking for good Geforce 6600 deal to play Battlefield 2. "It could also be a geforce 6200 with the 4 unlock able pipelines but these are apparently hard to get hold of." he adds. Well Luke - for UK and USA readers, here are the best deals I've got. The cheapest PCI express version are a Gigabyte model here at $108, an EVGA model from Zbuy for those who can cope with refurbished products at $95 and finally, a $133 6600 AGP video card from Chaintech for sale at Chiefvalue.

In the UK, have a look at Dabs Gainward Powerpack Ultra 1760 PCX which costs only £55.01+VAT. PCIe platform and 128MB of 128-bit memory. Cheaper than everywhere else - product code 3G8BWS. On the AGP platform, check that board from Dabs.com, probably one from Inno3D which is available for £63.54+VAT - item number : 3MGDWS.
