Rambus sued in securities case

A CASE started in a San Francisco district court alleging Rambus (tick: RMBS) breached the Securities Exchange Act.

The class act was filed by Wendell Williams individually and on behalf of all others against Rambus Inc, Bruce Dunlevie, P. Michael Farmwald, John D. Danforth, Mark Horowitz, Kevin Kennedy, Charles Geschke, William Davidow, Harold Hughes, David Mooring, Robert K. Eulau, and Geoffrey Date.

The suit was assigned to Judge Martin J. Jenkins. µ
