BT doesn't understand why people don't use the internet

THE BBC reports that BT has set an army of boffins to figure out why 39 per cent of people don't have web access.

According to the story, a BT psychologist called Dr David Lewis the biggest obstacle for going online was "mental".

People are afraid of the technology, it seems.

So BT is kitting four technophobes out with kit so they can experience the wonder of the wibble.
