A FORMER staffer for Geek Squad admitted his team stole a porn star's personal data and then hacked into her home computer to get more.

A few day's later the porn star, Jasmine Grey, was killed in a car crash, leaving the entire team feeling a bit guilty, he said.

According to The Consumerist, Grey walked in with her computer complaining of her PC locking up when she went to use her webcam.

She asked them to do a tune-up to remove unneeded files and update her to SP2. The Geek Squad found that her Norton Protected Recycle Bin was eating up 12GB of files. It was password protected but since this was the same password as her Windows login, the team managed to get in to it.

The file was entirely filled with Grey's naked pictures and movies. The employees copied all of the files to a few DVDs and shared them with management, as well as most of the other techs.

Since her webcam was still locking up Grey wanted to buy a new machine, however the managers convinced her to allow one of their techs into her home to fix her home computer "so her privacy would be assured".

Once at her house the tech spent a few minutes fixing her computer and the rest of the time searching her network for more porn, which was then saved to a portable hard drive. When he got back he made another DVD for the store employees and management.
