Mon May 22 2006, 11:57
THE US Department of Justice (DoJ) antitrust division said it wants information from Mitsubishi about sales of DRAM in the US between 1998 to 2002.

Mitsubishi said in a statement that civil antitrust lawsuits have been filed against its Electric division and some of its subsidiaries.

Mitsubishi Electric withdrew from the DRAM business in early 2003, it said. It cannot predict what effect the DoJ command or civil lawsuits will have on its financial performance.

So it's not re-assessing its business forecast for financial 2006, it said. µ
