Everywhere Girl joins US Government

The latest sighting of the Woman with no Name is on a US Department of State web site. Its programme, Education USA, helps international students to find, apply and prepare for study at an accredited US college or university.

As Ms Everywhere Girl appears to have already studied at every US college or university, this does not apply to her, which is presumably why we see her walking away from the camera, here.

But the reason could well be because she's attending the University of Hamburg, as you can see on page 82 of a PDF, here. µ
