When is your birthday? Long winter in Blighty eh.

Why does Delphi's 'mark as read' spaz... That was one wibble that didn't surprise me.

Ouch Well the grumpy one (no not that one, the ginger one) seems to have cut his hand on a wine glass. While it wasn't explained particularly well, reckon there was a chair, a lack of balance and Josh's whereabouts hasn't been properly explained. Mr. G was also obviously on a fair bit of medicinal help, because he admitted to fainting a few times just like a girl. Somewhere near the end we got onto a bit of filet of tongue. Keep away from that if I were you.

Holt, a happening town Due to a drunken sod, this became a discussion of the OOFG US Division. Also a brief discussion of Dune.

ForumIDs Seventy-six bloody posts on Forum ID's, what the hell is this place coming too. To be fair, the Irish Dinosaur just wanted to make sure we all got our desired screen names at the O'O'Plaice. Gradually however the geeks took over, damn talks about cookies, and LADP, even a few people posting actually bits of geek code. Tedious to say the least.

Blues Only up for a day or so but a very popular thread. Other than making a bunch of silly names ending in McGee, we found that we here are actually a bit of school project. Welshie asked for an explanation of society. Other than it itches, this lot couldn't come up with a good clarification. The criminal activity of the members was discussed. Turns out Flashy double-parked in Islington once. GT pulled a few old Frnht posts out of the proverbial arse.

Bush decides not to run for second term If you want to find everyone fighting with Cupid, and no one with enough sense to shut the hell up, this would be the place to go.

Phone batteries Finally got some decent geek talk going. I mean PSP is as boring as can be, but batteries are at least something you can talk about. We spent a fair few posts talking about those little things that cost way too much. Bonadsa damn near ran us off into a full-blown forum geek discussion again. Luckily we got a bit back on track, and when we finally did go off topic it was at least something interesting. Flassman's dislike of checks, and the trouble Alex gets into due to his poor handwriting. Went on with that for a bit, until Flassman's mentioned that his new corduroys were causing him some static problems. We bandied that around for a bit until SGF mentioned a rodent problem under her fridge. There were many suggestions that were somewhat helpful, but lacked the ability to truly solve the problem. A smallish manpack nuclear weapon is really the only way to make sure.

candle in the wind, mk 3 Thermie tried his hand at songwriting. At least that's what I figured reading the three or four lines that I was able to get through. From reading the replies, I figure, it was either about the Queen Mum or Scotland's shite football team.

H#ll, ya gotta be at least a Major to get any respect from a Jackrabbit.

They harvested jackrabbits in central Oregon. They are good eating as rabbits go and there were canneries going great guns until the buggers got liver fluke or some such thing that kinda ruined the meat. But they'd have drives or roundups and push em into nets then knock their little heads off. Millions I guess. Hard to believe but that was before my time.

Authorities in several countries raided Megaupload recently, shut down all of its services, seized hundreds of servers and arrested several of its executives on criminal charges.

Do you think the move was justified?
