Yahoo in talks to put MP3s online

YAHOO IS reported to be having cosy fireside chats with music industry moguls about the possibly of flogging DRM-free music.

Reuters said AP said two blokes said the chats were coming along nicely.

Xinhuanet said agencies said the big music companies - Universal Music Group, Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Warner Music Group Corp., and EMI Group PLC - have come around to the idea of flogging MP3s through vaious oulets.

Yahoo is just another one. µ
