Woman allowed to discover who she had sex with
A GERMAN woman has won a court battle to force a web site to reveal the names of the winners of an online sex auction.
Six different men won Internet auctions to have sex with the woman in April and May last year in an event organised on a web site gesext.de.
The woman became pregnant and wanted to know the identity of the men so she could find out who the father was.
The unnamed woman might still have to force the men to take a genetic test to see which one of them was the father.
When she approached the web site who arranged the event, it told her that the men had to remain anonymous. It pointed to a confidentiality clause in its terms and conditions.
However a court has now ruled in her favour, saying the child's right to know who its father was took precedence.
A gesext.de spokeswoman said the woman, who was not identified, had now received details about the men who could be the father.
One or two are actually happy about the news they may become a dad.

The Law of Unintended Consequences strikes again. I would think the world already has enough bastards without someone going online to procreate a few more.
The article was not very clear about it, so I would like to add: the 'auctions' on the site in question are all started by hookers who do like to offer their service without having to work in a brothel or standing in the rain all night. I would assume that a real hooker would know how to prevent getting pregnant. But for a cheap one (maybe from eastern europe) becoming pregnant in Germany could very well pay off!
After thousands of years of evolution for man to become civilized we get whores like her to go back to being like animals, where the is no distinction between father, mother and child. This woman must be sent to a mental institution and given medical treatment, such mentally ill people must not be allowed to be in normal society. This is beyond being slutty its a mental disorder. And there are morons out there campaigning for some kind of "human rights". Soon we will have human rights groups going "mad people and dangerous psychopaths have the same rights as others" to do whatever they like in normal society.

Basically this auction itself is against German law. Means at least even if someone wins the auction and pays he has no right to get the f. with the virgin. In addition anyone (e.g. website) which supports such things gets in trouble as beeing a pimp which is completly illegal throughout Germany.

I haven't read about this in German Online Papers so I even doubt this a bit, what is your source?

Why does she care about the father at all? Isn't she going to sell the baby at an online auction?
She wasn't particularly stupid, no, just a more advanced form of a predatory cougar - she was in all likelihood trying to conceive. Why would she go to the bother of suing the website to find the identity? I don't know much about Germany, but I suspect they have a system for child support like they do here in the US.

If you think she wasn't intending this outcome, you're underestimating the survival instincts of the human animal....
