If tunes were human beings, that singer would be a serial killer
Companies such as Alienware take Sager's designs and pack them in more attractive cases and flog them around the world.
We wrote about the Alienware machine here and learned that there is a similar system shipping as we speak. Sager has actually been the only firm shipping SLI for notebooks for quite some time, and one chap told us he got one in late May.
This machine is branded as the NP 5950 V Series and comes with an AMD Turion 64 CPU up to ML 44, supports up to 2GB of memory, has a dual 256MB DDR3 Nvidia Geforce GO 7800 GTX PCI-Express 16X Graphics with SLI Technology enabled of course. The notebook uses Nforce 4 SLI chipset also known as CK804 and comes with 19 inch (16:10) WSXGA+ (1680x1050) Super Clear Glare Type display.
This is not going to be light, as it weights six and a half kilos but bear in mind that this is super-high-performance machine that is supposed to be the fastest transportable system around.
Its price starts at $3200 and goes up from there but the best thing is that it is available now. You can order one here and I advise to check out the review here. It is big and bulky but it will certainly run your games really fast. µ
