I think it's inevitable we move to 64-bit architecture - Bob Colwell, former chief architect, Intel
UNISYS CEO Joseph McGrath has today stepped down from his high horse and will no longer drag the company down.
McGrath will continue to run day-to-day operations until Unisys finds a younger model – he has held the top spot since 2005 but is now being traded in for someone shiny and new.
Back in July Unisys reported that its revenue for the second quarter of this year had declined from $1.38 billion to $1.34 billion and of course, this is all McGrath’s fault – so he’s out.
More recently the company has announced the availability of its services-based solutions for Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V and the Microsoft System Center management suite – which will presumably be none of McGrath’s business.µ
