Vole stole my Yoga idea

Pulp Fiction writer bent backwards on this one

AN ACADEMY Award winning screenwriter has sued the mighty Microsoft saying it stole his idea for a virtual yoga studio when it issued "Yourself! Fitness" for the Xbox.

Roger Avary said he was approached by agents of Vole and asked to come up with a cunning plan to win women over to its video games.

Avary, who won a best screenplay Oscar for 1994's "Pulp Fiction" consults for video game makers on story lines.

Throughout 2003, Avary said he met several times with Volish agents and in 2003, pitched them a detailed concept for a video game designed to lead players through yoga poses using Microsoft's Xbox game console. However he didn't hear anything back until Microsoft suddenly asked him to sign an agreement that would have resulted in Avary transferring all rights to his concept but no money changing hands the suit claims.

Soon after, Vole and ResponDesign issued "Yourself! Fitness" as a way of getting lardie Xbox users to exercise.

Avary wants more than $30 million plus punitive damages.

ResponDesign who wrote the game said the claim was "completely false" and said Microsoft "did not participate in the development of this product in any way, shape or form".

It had written the game long before it talked to Vole about selling it. A spokesVole said they had not seen the lawsuit and was not saying nuttin. ยต
