Man arrested over murders of five Ipswich women deleted from Myspace

Guilty until proven innocent
Tue Dec 19 2006, 11:25
TOM STEPHENS, who was arrested yesterday in connection with the murders of five women in Ipswich, has been disappeared from MySpace.

A Guardian hack saw the site on which Stephens calls himself "The Bishop". Apparently, the 37-year-old had eight "friends" and had posted up some photographs of himself.

He also described Hong Kong Phooey as his hero.

However, the page has now been replaced with a note stating: "This user has either cancelled their membership, or their account has been deleted."

It is unlikely Stephens deleted the page himself as he is currently otherwise engaged.

Suffolk Police arrested a second man today in connection with the murders. µ
