Wednesday, 6 September 2006, 10:04
CODEWEAVERS HAS just released a beta version of Apple software that can run Windows programs without having to install VoleWare.

At the moment the outfit is offering a free time limited beta version of CrossOver Mac to anyone that is willing to test it.

Codeweavers claims that CrossOver Mac will run your Windows applications on your Intel based Mac. It lets you install and run Windows programs as though they were native.

Feedback from some Apple users is that the software works fine within some limitations.
