AMD, Infineon get pally in Dresden

MEMORY COMPANY Infineon - formerly Siemens Semiconductor, and AMD, are to build a semiconductor research centre in Dresden.

Both firms already have fabs in Dresden, formerly a part of East Germany.

According to c't, quotes local newspaper Dresdner Neuesten Nachrichten as the source for its information.
