BILL GATES and nervous British folk worried about being hit by an asteroid rather than winning the lottery need not fear.

Succour is on hand from space and is available on the World Wild Web.

This will tell nervous Limeys whether they're in imminent danger of a strike, but won't give them advance warning of whether they'll win the lottery or not.

And if you're a tad on the paranoid side and expect misery may come from below just as much as from above, check out your chances of being engulfed by Hot Lava as you do your shopping in Dunmow. µ
