Google is not killing Microsoft online

Ballmer's quiet re-assurance

MICROSOFT'S shy and retiring, softly-spoken CEO, Steve 'silent majority' Ballmer says he is not worried about Google's threat to the Vole's online business

According to Associated Press, Ballmer, who is in Tokyo for the unassuming launch the new Windows Live services, denied the rival was ahead in any way but in online searches.

He admitted Google did online searches better than the Vole but claimed that his Windows live package was better anything Google has come up with.

Ballmer subtly indicated he was unimpressed with Google's online plans either saying that they were just "words on paper" and actions spoke much more.

However Ballmer was prepared to keep writing cheques to prop up Vole's global online business. He expected it to take some time before he starts making money on it.

As long as they are not on the defensive then they cant have an inferior product, it stands to reason, doesn't it?
