Hickory dickory dock, five gaming mice tested round the clock

Hardware Roundup Wibbling for fun and profit
Friday, 8 December 2006, 10:03
WITH VARIETY being heralded as the spice of life, today's roundup provides reviews of a host of different electronic wizardry.

TheTechLounge has reviewed one of the more tame offerings from stylish PC company Alienware, the Sentia m3450 14-inch Notebook. Sadly this notebook seems to be a bit of a damp squib, especially considering the price.

3D Professor has been excitedly tinkering with the new AKASA AK920-2 EVO 120 V2, which gets five out five stars and an editor's choice award.

Virtual-Hideout gives us the Corsair 8GB USB 2.0 Flash Voyager Review. This little thumb drive provides good data transfer speeds and is practically indestructible, making it a good choice if you're looking for a high capacity flash drive.

Elite Bastards has come up the Zalman CNPS9500 LED CPU cooler review, which seems to beat the stock CPU cooler on all counts, except possibly cost if your stock cooler came bundled with your CPU.

The Sans Digital MS2UT eSATA RAID Enclosure has been reviewed by Bjorn3d and although it is a good product, the reviewer questions its practicality for the price.

Bit-Tech has been gaming the nights away to bring us the Gaming Mouse Group Test, which compares five of the most well known 'gaming' mice to help you figure out which one to ask Santa to bring you.

XSreviews brings us reviews of two of Steelsound's newest headsets, the SteelSound 3H Headset and the SteelSound 4H Headset. The 3H is the budget model of the family, but delivers impressive sound and it's foldable design makes it great for LAN parties or similar activities, whereas the 4H is more expensive and not as easily transportable, but offers excellent sound performance.

PC Perspective has gone back to the impressive performance of the 8800 GTX graphics card, and now that the drivers support linking two of these cards together in SLI, bring us the NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX SLI Performance Review. ยต
