EX-HP CEO Carly 'Dont-call-me-baby' Fiorina is to attend her first meeting as a Director of Taiwanese fab firm TSMC.

While having been a Director of the chip manufacturing firm since April 2006, May 7 this year will mark the first time she's actually tipped up to a board meeting at the company.

At the time of appointment, TSMC's Chairman, Dr Morris Chang, told shareholders that Fiorina was on board to help with "Sound corporate governance". They can't have been too impressed with the subsequent revelations about her favourite espionage practices at her former gig.

Fiorina is one of four 'independent' (read - outsider) members of the TSMC board. However, Brits will recognise another name on TSMC's roster - Sir Peter Bonfield, former head honcho at BT.

Maybe Fiorina can suggest that the board gets cracking on obtaining phone records? µ
