French command Samsung to defend its LCD honour

In brief: Flat panel patents questioned

SILICON STRATEGIES reports that Samsung Electronics was ordered by the French Atomic Energy Commission to answer charges that it breached its patented LCD technology.

According to the report, the Commission believes that a number of patents have been breached.
