Ebay memo about leaking confidential memos leaked

A MAN WHO WORKS at Ebay has warned staff that sending internal emails to Internet websites is banned and violators may face disciplinary action.

But Henry Gomez' confidential memo about confidential memos has itself been leaked.

Mr Gomez gives some very sound advice to Ebay staff about talking to the news media too. He tells staff they should never speak to a reporter about Ebay business unless Ebay PR representatives have approved the conversation.
