Killer NIC arrives in Europe

Bigfoot signs distie agreements
Wed Aug 15 2007, 19:22
EVEN THOUGH AUGUST is a slow month in quite a lot of business sectors, IT companies are working in frantic mode, thanks to "back to school" mania.

As new distribution deals are inked all over the place, we learn that lads from Bigfoot Networks just signed several deals, covering Good ol' Bligthy, Sweden, Denmark and Portugal. Several other un-named countries are in the loop too, we hear.

Killer NIC is looking for success in the distribution channel, and pricing has been "formatted" to fit European market, this time not in the typical 1:1 dollar-to-pound conversion we get fed by companies such as Intel, Nvidia and ATI.

The company is on course to deliver new products to the market as well, which is very important thanks to rise of PCIe x1 and x4 connectors as the standards for add-in boards. µ
