Rizler papers served by feds on spam king

Flies back from Dominican Republic

THE COPS arrested Christopher "Rizler" Smith when he flew into Minneapolis St Paul airport earlier today, AV firm Sophos claimed.

The man is expected to be charged with massive spamming offences, and the FBI alleges he used a false passport to flee to the Dominican Republic.

That follows a raid the feds made on his home on May the 10th last, when they seized Rizler's passport, Rizler's papera, and an estimated $4 million worth of assets.

The FBI shut down his 85 employee firms, Burnsville Internet and Xpress Pharmacy Direct at the time.

Smith is now charged with breaking court orders and the US authorities want him to be held in criminal contempt for six months.

Sophos didn't say why Rizler flew back, to almost certain arrest, and whether or not he voluntarily returned. µ
