Bigpockets are flogging a lot of their DVD writers for a £25.52+VAT. Amongst those are the BenQ DW1620 and the DW1600, the Sony DRU710A, the NEC ND3520, NEC ND3540A; all of which are first class DVD writers supporting Dual Layer and superior DVD RW speed writing.

There's an auction taking place near London Gatwick next Saturday (4th June 2005); organised by MCA, Major Computer Auctioneers. You can contact them on 01342717445. The whole list can be viewed here. Don't for get that you'll have to add nearly 30% to the total price to include the 10% commission and VAT. Amongst the goodies listed is a Dell Dimension 8400 with 1GB memory, DVD writer and a 160GB HDD.

CompUSA has a mail in rebate deal, a 160GB HDD running at 7200RPM for only $29.99 after $100 MIB. It has a 8MB cache and a one year warranty. You can also add in a USB 2.0 3.5-inch External Hard drive enclosure from FMI for only $29.99 after $10 instant saving. Fancy a $160GB external HDD drive for only $59.98? Still from Compusa is a DP-315 Progressive scan DVD player from Norcent Technology. Only $19.99 after $20 MIB and instant savings for the cheapest DVD player in the US. Plus while you're there, add in a Koss Corporation behind the head portable Stereophones - not one of those cheap OEM brands - and a 10-oz Memorex Air duster for free after $19.98 rebates. Last, a 802.11b Wireless Router from D-Link is being sold for only $4.99 after a $45 rebate. This is the DI-514, one of the very first routers from Dlink.
