Over at the simmtester site you can find its copyright message.

This says all the information on its site is (c) CST. It says "you are authorized to copy documents published by CST on the world wide web". And it says you can copy the information as long as you include its copyright notice.

Sheesh! We do offer syndication, CST. That will be $500 you owe us. We await your payment.

The lads and lasses at Digitimes might also like to view CST's take on the story, here.

Ours about Samsung's 1GHz memory, here, is strangely similar to this one. That will be another $500 CST.

And what's this? A Simmtester one here is almost word for word similar to this piece.

That will be $2,000 please CST. The invoice is in the post. µ
