THE BIG LOTTERY FUND is letting people vote online to decide where £50 million goes.

You have a choice of four projects to vote for - Sherwood Forest, the Black Country Urban Park, the Eden Project, and Sustrans' Connect 2.

Sherwood Forest needs a bit of help because it's dwindling. If it wins the money will go to plant more trees but, more controversially, help to pay for a visitor complex called the Tree.

The Black Country project aims to revive an area which was once the industrial centre of the world.

The Sustrans' "Connect 2" project is intended to create walking and cycling routes so you don't have to risk your life on roads in a country where there's around 33 million cars and only 50 million plus inhabitants.

And the Eden Project's "Edge" will "create the largest oasis in captivity".
