PCA intros channel calendar

So you don't have to be three places at once

THE PCA has come up with a wizard wheeze to prevent resellers and distributors from organising events which might be eclipsed by more important things like an INQUIRER booze up.

It's a channel events calendar - and of course this month was dominated by SnowBIT while at the end of the month there will be the Incisive VNU sponsored Channel Expo.

Vendors and distributors not wanting to get their knicks in a knack can see what's going on here, and can also notify the PCA of upcoming gigs.

According to Keith Warburton, the CEO of the PCA, last year three major resellers held big gigs within 10 days of each other. It's up to individual distributors and vendors to make a request. µ
